Design Requirements (Read Carefully!)

Size and Orientation: Final design will be put on a 5.5ft wide by 7ft tall canvas, portrait orientation.

The Medium: Design must be possible to replicate with acrylic paint. NOTE: If you want to use a different medium (spray paint, mixed media, etc), contact: asher.richardson@ucas-edu.net

The Year: The design must include our graduation year (2026) somewhere.

The Class Element: The design must include something that makes our graduating class unique.

School Identity: The artwork should reflect our UCAS pride and could (but doesn't necessarily have to) include our colors or mascot.

Collaborative Element: There must be some aspect of your design where every senior can contribute at least a small amount (thumbprint, signature, paint by number, etc.) Be creative!

Deadline: Once a design is selected, the mural must be completed by May 21st, UCAS Graduation and the Senior All-Nighter. This is where the collaborative element will be added.

The bulk of the artwork will be done by a team of artists, as approved by the designer, the Council, and the Administration. The winner will be chosen jointly by Student Council and the Administration. If you have questions, PLEASE reach out to asher.richardson@ucas-edu.net or the administration!

Please explain exactly how the rest of your senior class will physically contribute to your design (e.g., "Seniors will use gold paint pens to sign their names inside the silhouette of the Falcon," or "Seniors will add blue fingerprints to create a geometric tech-grid in the background.")
