Mrs. Erin Radandt

Hi, I am Erin Radandt. I retired from full-time teaching in May of 2019. I love serving the students at UCAS! This is the beginning of my fourth year here at UCAS. If you want to know more about me, ask! Of course you want to know that we have six children and 20 grandchildren, but sadly, only seven of our grands live in Utah! We raised independent children so they live in five different states (Florida, Maine,Texas, Wyoming and Utah), allowing us plenty of lovely places to visit. I am teaching Executive Success Skills, Directed Studies and Advisory and am looking forward to a wonderful school year!

Back in 1972, I attended BYU for one year. The next year, I transferred to Ricks College to be near my boyfriend, Mark Radandt, who had a football scholarship at Ricks. I received my Associate Degree in April of 1974. We then moved on to BYU, where I completed the first semester of my junior year. Towards the end of that semester, my boyfriend and I married and almost immediately started a family, which delayed my academic pursuits until 1994. I found a college willing to accept my 20-year-old credits and graduated with a Bachelor's of Arts from Carthage College in 1996. I earned a double degree in Elementary Education and Special Education. I spent my next 23 years teaching in public schools in Wisconsin and Utah, working with students in kindergarten through ninth grade. During that time, I earned a Reading Endorsement, an ESL Endorsement, my Masters of Arts in Education, a Secondary English Endorsement and a Gifted and Talented Endorsement.

My office hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30 am-9:00 am. I teach periods 1-5. Periods 1-2 I am in room 210. Periods 3-5 I am in room 204. You may email me at erin.radandt@ucas-edu.net, and I will respond within 24 hours during the work week. I will continue to check students' grades weekly and will check in with each student individually each week. Together we will have a successful learning experience!
