I am a graduate of Utah Valley University with my bachelor’s degree in School Health Education and an associate’s in Community Health. I was born and raised in Virginia but have called Utah my home for the past eleven years. My husband, James and I have five amazing children who are 13, 11, 9, 7, and 6. I am excited to be teaching at UCAS and to use my passion for health to inspire my students and teach them the skills that they need to invest in a lifetime of healthy living.
